GIZ-ZME Employability and Entrepreneurship Programme

Your skills.
Your placement.
Your record.

Employability and entrepreneurship training, followed by support into a real placement. You leave the training room with the skills. What happens next is the part we walk with you through.

Your name and your phone number.

After the training

Training is the beginning. The placement is the point. Here is how we stay with you through it, and what we need from you at each turn.

01

You apply

Apply to as many organizations as you want. Each time you send an application, add it to your record so we know where you are trying and can follow up where it helps.

02

You hear back

Accepted or not, tell us. A rejection is not a failure and it is not a secret. It tells us where the doors are closing and where we need to push harder on your behalf.

03

You resume

Mark the organization you actually started at and upload your offer letter. We then plan a visit to your host organization to see how the placement is going for both of you.

Something changed? Tell us.

Open your record with your name and phone number, update what has moved, and close it again. It takes a minute, and it is the only way we know how you are doing.
